We guaranty that our product is made of good material and in a

workmanlike and proper manner and if it is correctly installed by

competent electrical contractors, no alterations are made on the

equipment and it is properly set up, adjusted and operated by

competent persons in an approved manner without abuse, that it is

capable, under ordinary conditions, of doing the work for which it

is designed; if installed and operated as aforesaid and it shall fail

to perform in the manner for which it is designed, then for a period

of 1 year from date of original shipment, we agree to send, at our

descretion, either competent personnel to repair, replace or remedy

a defect, or to furnish a replacement switch, without charge. In no

instance shall we be liable for any consequential damages, secondary

charges, expenses of erecting or disconnecting, losses or damages

resulting from an alleged defect of our equipment.
